PRESS RELEASES
Former Providence College and Providence Bruins star Jeff Serowik, who
had a promising career going with the Pittsburgh Penguins before a severe
concussion during the 1999-00 season ended his playing days, has for
years been in the business of running the highly regarded Pro Ambitions
hockey camps and clinics.
Last week, Pro Ambitions signed on former New York Rangers assistant
GM Joe Bucchino as camp manager, and also added longtime NHLer Joe Sacco
as a coach. Serowik also announced Pro Ambitions will launch a new eight
team select league, with age groups from squirt to midget. The league
will play at a new rink in Nashua, NH, with three practices and two games
per week from September to March. For info on the league, look for the
launch of its website, www.proambitions.com shortly…
