Pro Ambitions Hockey, in conjunction with the Hockey East Association, has launched the country's most exciting
Hockey Skills Challenge for boys and girls ages 14 and under. The action will begin on December 4th at the Mullins Center on the campus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with several other regional qualifiers scheduled at arenas throughout New England this winter. All participants that sign up for a regional qualifying event before December 20, 2009 will automatically be entered to win a spot at a free Pro Ambitions Clinic to be hosted at a “Special Location”. A winner from every age group, boys and girls, will automatically qualify for the Semi-finals to be held during the Men’s Hockey East Championship weekend at TD Garden on March 20, 2010. The competition itself, will test stick handling, skating and edgework, flat-out speed, breakaway shooting and goaltending, all on a unique and exciting skill course designed by Pro Ambitions. Pro Ambitions expects the skills competition to excite the interest of young hockey players as they try to demonstrate their skills at a high speed. Pro Ambitions is planning for this to be a nationwide competition in 2010!
