ITINERARY
Typical day for Full day camps: (times and itinerary can vary per location)
8:30am
Check-In: Arrive/stretch/dress for on ice (attendance, assignment of group
leader/locker room)
9-11am
On-Ice: Power skating, shooting under pressure, passing, battles, stick handling,
overall skills (all simulating game situations)
11-12 noon
Lunch: Chalk talk, VIDEO, fun games, Simon says, mental training (attendance
taken)
12-1
Off-ice: Dryland, stretching, reactionary/quick feet drills, conditioning,
fun challenging team building skills
1-3pm
On-Ice: 1 on 1 battles, skill work, game theory, controlled scrimmage (small
area games)
3-4pm
Stickhandling Circuits/Check Out (4pm)
